1. Where can I find the Redemption Reference number?
The Redemption Reference number can be found at the top centre of the Redemption letter you received with your NAN® OPTIPRO® order from 9.9 Mega Campaign on Lazada/Shopee.
2. Where can I find the Lazada Order number?
Go to My Orders -> View All Orders
Click on your NAN® OPTIPRO® Order
You will find Order No. before the View Order Summary & also inside your Order Summary
3. Where can I find my Shopee Order number?
Go to My Purchases -> View Purchase History
Click on the NAN® OPTIPRO® Order
You can find the order number under Order ID
4. Which are the files to upload?
Please upload the following:
Completed Redemption Letter (page 1)
Please upload the Lazada or Shopee Order purchase with the Order number or Order ID indicated (please see Question 2 or 3 above)
5. How long will it take to receive my tricycle?
Delivery will be made by courier and arranged for within 14 days upon your redemption form submission
6. Can I request for assembly service?
We can arrange for assembly of the tricycle at a cost of $15 before delivery. However, the tricycle will not fit back into the packing box after assembly.
You can choose to select assembly option on the Redemption Form.
